Returns and exchanges
Unopened accessories and gear may be returned within 30 days with a receipt. Firearms and ammunition are not returnable once transferred; manufacturer warranties apply and we help you use them.
Special orders
Special orders require a 25 percent deposit. We quote a pickup window when you order and text you the day it arrives.
Transfers and holds
Incoming transfers are held 30 days at no charge. After 30 days a storage fee may apply unless you have arranged a longer hold with us in advance.
Privacy
Contact details you share with the shop are used to run your transaction and are never sold. Federal firearms records are kept exactly as the law requires, and only as the law requires.
State and local laws
Firearm laws vary by state and locality. It is the purchaser's responsibility to know and comply with the laws that apply where they live. Transfers will not be completed where prohibited by applicable law.
